Outreach OS was founded by a team of engineers, security specialists, and outbound growth marketers. We set out to solve a single massive challenge: making high-volume, multi-channel cold outreach completely safe, transparent, and highly converting, while avoiding domain burn-outs and social media bans.

Our Journey & Core Mission

Outreach campaigns are often plagued by domain blocks, rate limit restrictions, and broken templates. In 2026, we built Outreach OS to abstract away this complexity. Our platform integrates email outbox rotation with social connection automation (like Instagram DMs) behind a unified dashboard, enabling team collaboration, analytics dashboard consolidation, and safe prospect scraping.

By using smart SOCKS5 proxies, decentralized sending nodes, and custom content spintax generators, we help teams scale up their reach without losing their authentic personal touch. We believe that outreach should be sustainable, compliant, and secure.

Technology & Innovation

We build on a modern, robust, and highly scalable technology stack designed for high throughput and security:

Frontend StackReact 19, Next.js 16 (App Router), Tailwind CSS (v4), Framer Motion, and Lucide Icons for a fast, responsive, and premium UI.
Backend StackDjango REST framework with Celery and Redis queuing workers to manage concurrent proxy dispatches and live log sockets.

Security Deep-Dive

Protecting your connected accounts is our highest priority. Unlike legacy tools that store credentials in plaintext:

  • Fernet Symmetric Encryption: All sensitive credentials, SMTP passwords, and cookies are encrypted at rest using AES-256 Fernet keys held in external environments.
  • Transient Memory Decryption: Credentials are only decrypted temporarily during active worker send execution cycles.
  • SOCKS5/HTTP Proxy Anchor: Each social account has an isolated proxy node to prevent IP sharing footprint detection.
